GAAY (COW) ka gosht khana jaez hai ya haraam ?

Shiddat pasand hindu tanzimo ki janib se cow zabh karne par pabandi lagaey jarahi hai , hindustan ke baz subah jaat me is hawale se bht garma garmi hai easi tanzimo ko cow ka kheyal hai lekin insano ki jaan mohim nahi hai , qasaei to parishan hain hi , in ki be kari ka hal nikalna hokumat ki zimme dari hai musalmano ke darmeyan wo garoh bhi fikr mand hai jo sirf gaay (cow) ka gosht khane me hi khud ko sach’cha musalman samajhta hai aur naam nehaad musalmano ki kheyanaton aur mazalim ki mokhalefat ke bajae in ki hemayat karne me pakka muslim hone ka dawa karta hai cow ke gosht se mota’alliq mushkil ko hal karne ke liye baz shiya fatwon ka sahara le rahen hain .

Shiya fiqh wa osul me eak kulli wa omumi qaeda wa qanun hai jis ke motabiq sharaet wa halaat ke pesh-e- nazar wajib chiz haraam ho jati hai aur is ke baraks yani haraam chiz wajib ho jati hai ya sunnat wa mustahab kaam wajib ho jata hai , ekhtesaar ke sath molaheza farmaen ahkaam-e- elahi ki 2 qismen hain

1- hukm-e- awwaliyah wa haqiqi :

shariyat ka pahla wa haqiqi hukm is me dusre jawanib jese halaat wa sharaet etc ko madde nazar rakhe beghair hukm sadir hota hai jese namaaz ke liye wozu ka wajib hona , maah-e- ramzan me roza wajib hona etc ya mur’daar khane ki hurmat etc aur shadi ka sunnat hona etc.

2- hukme sanawi wa zaheri :

dusra wa zaheri hukm is me sharaet wa halaat ke peshe nazar hukm sadir hota hai jese izteraar ( majburi ) , dushwari wa tangi , taqiyah aur jaan ke liye khatra etc

wozu namaaz ke liye wajib hai lekin pani noqsan kare to haraam ho jaiy ga isi tarah maah-e- ramzaan me roza rakhna wajib hai lekin bimaar hone ka khouf ho to haraam ho jaiy ga , mur’daar khana haraam hai lekin agar khane ki koiy dusri chiz na ho aur mur’daar na khaen to bhuk se mar jaen ge to jaan ki hefazat ke liye ba qadre zarurat khana wajib hai , shadi karna sunnat wa mustahab hai lekin agar gunaah me padne ka dar ho to wajib hai

cow ka gosht khana bhi isi tarah hai , hukm ki pahli qism ke motabiq is ka khana halal wa jaez hai lekin agar jaan ke liye khatra ho , musalmano ka khun kharaba ho etc to aise halaat me dusre hukm ke motabiq khana haraam ho jaiy ga

is baat par motabar dalil nahi hai ke jo gosht na khae wo islaam se kharij ho jaiy ga , hadis ke motabiq gosht khane me ifraat wa tafrit na ho yani aisa na ho ke bilkul khane se parhez karen aur zeyat’ti bhi na ho isi liye baz maraje farmate hain “had se ziyada gosht khana makruh hai” hadis me hai ” لا یا کُلُ اللَحم اِلّا قَلیلا وَ یَقولُ لا تَجعَلوا بطونَکُم مَقابِر الحَیوان ” ( hazrat Ali (a.s) gosht nahi khate the magar kam, aur farmate the apne pet ko janwaron ki qabren na banao )
